Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SW Engineer/Architect to drive planning, execution, and coordination within the CSIV organization.
This role combines technical leadership with stakeholder management, ensuring efficient delivery of test automation and integration activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from different teams and convert to it to Specification for Framework/Libraries
• Lead and coordinate team activities for test automation and framework development.
  
• Act as the primary SPOC towards stakeholders (e.g., VCC) for operational and planning discussions.
  
• Drive task planning, prioritization, and execution tracking aligned with project goals.
  
• Oversee development of automation solutions using Python, Vtest Studio and CAPL.
  
• Ensure alignment between infrastructure and testing teams for seamless delivery.
  
• Monitor and improve CI/CD workflows (Zuul, Cynosure) for integration and validation.
  
• Handle requirement ambiguities, ensuring clarity and structured execution.
  
• Promote continuous improvement culture, including process, tooling, and quality enhancements.
  
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.
  
• Ensure effective communication, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Experience in software architect role
• Solid understanding of software development, integration, and validation processes.
  
• Strong experience in test automation (Python, VtestStudio, CAPL).
  
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and integration of workflows.
  
• Experience Requirement engineering
• Experience with GIT, Gerrit, and CI/CD tools.
  

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Proven experience in team leadership and coordination.
  
• Strong stakeholder communication and management skills.
  
• Ability to drive planning, execution, and delivery in cross-functional setups.
  
• Problem-solving mindset with focus on quality and efficiency.
  
• Strong emphasis on team collaboration and continuous improvement.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or embedded systems domain.
  
• Prior experience as a Technical lead / SW Architect in similar environments.
