Position Summary

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our Service Hub in Gothenburg. In this role, you will maintaining and manage our demo simulators by performing service, inspections, maintenance, and inventory management.
You will ensure the demo systems are fully functional and maintained accordingly to our high service levels, in addition to supporting our customers and the continued expansion and standardization of our global Service Hub operations.

The role combines hands-on technical work, customer interaction and administrative tasks.
You will collaborate with the logistics team, internal stakeholders, and industrial partners to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain demo simulators to ensure readiness for customers and commercial activities
  • Perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and quality control checks on demo simulators to ensure optimal hardware and software performance and alignment with quality standards
  • Manage inventory tracking, administration and timely documentation of service and maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth end-to-end handling of incoming and outgoing demo systems
  • Support the organisation with technical customer inquiries (mail, phone, customer meetings)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in for example quality control, customer service, service maintenance or technical support, with an interest in mechanical work.
  • Experience working in a structured, process-driven environment
  • PC hardware proficiency and familiarity with software installation and upgrades
  • Hands-on technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, configure, install, and repair electronic systems and computers
  • Ability to solve practical mechanical and technical issues independently
  • Professional level of English, both written and spoken
  • Technical field service experience is considered an advantage
  • Medical background or familiarity with medical terminology is considered a plus

You enjoy hands-on technical work and are comfortable working in a customer-facing environment, capable of balancing administrative coordination with practical technical responsibilities.
