The Stockholm Forum on Peace and Development is an annual multi-day conference.
It convenes donors, government representatives, policymakers, practitioners, researchers and civil society actors to exchange ideas and develop practical responses to contemporary challenges in the development, humanitarian, peacebuilding and security spheres.
It creates a bridge between policy, research and practice, and provides a neutral platform and safe space for sharing knowledge, challenges and solutions.
The 2026 Stockholm Forum on Peace and Development is hosted by SIPRI and co-convened with the Folke Bernadotte Academy (FBA) and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).

The production manager will manage and oversee all logistical and practical elements of the Forum.

Due to the short-term nature of the position, we can only consider candidates who are currently based in Sweden or have the legal right to work in Sweden.
The position is a time-limited employment (särskild visstidsanställning) for 3 months with a start date in August 2026.
The post is full-time and the salary package will be negotiated individually.
