Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Technology Partner to support the digital transformation and modernization of the HR function while contributing to the organization’s AI and People Analytics initiatives.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in HR technology, HR systems, data analytics, and digital transformation.
The selected consultant will play a key role in driving automation, optimizing HR processes, improving workforce insights, and supporting strategic decision-making through advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions.
The position requires close collaboration with HR teams, Digital departments, IT stakeholders, and business leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
People Analytics & HR Insights
- Lead the development and enhancement of People Analytics, HR dashboards, reporting frameworks, and workforce data analysis.
- Deliver actionable HR insights related to workforce trends, employee engagement, compensation, and ESG metrics.
- Ensure accurate HR data management, reporting quality, and data-driven decision support.
HR Digitalization & AI Transformation
- Drive the digital evolution of the HR function through automation, AI technologies, and continuous process optimization.
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of HR systems, tools, and digital platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience through innovative HR technologies.
Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage HR technology and system-related initiatives in collaboration with HR, IT, Digital, and business stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison between HR and Digital teams for system integrations and future technology developments.
- Provide ongoing support, updates, and improvements within HR systems and HR operational processes.
- Participate in and contribute to broader HR-related projects beyond HRIS-related activities.
Change Management & Capability Development
- Guide and support HR teams in adopting modern digital tools, AI solutions, and new ways of working.
- Identify organizational capability gaps and coordinate training, development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Promote effective change management practices to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed about emerging trends within HR technology, AI, automation, and People Analytics.
- Recommend and implement innovative solutions that strengthen operational efficiency and strategic HR capabilities.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR technology, HR systems, People Analytics, digital transformation, or related HR consulting roles.
- Proven experience managing digitization initiatives, system implementations, or AI-related HR projects.
- Experience working within agile or lean environments is considered an advantage.
Educational Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (mandatory).
