Responsibilities

• Configuring and tailoring advanced automation solutions based on specific customer requirements and technical specifications.
• Leading and executing the safe and efficient commissioning of automated systems on-site at customer locations worldwide.
• Providing high-level technical support and troubleshooting to international clients to ensure optimal operational reliability.
• Serving as the core technical link between internal R&D/development teams and external end-users.
• Training and onboarding customers' operators and technical personnel during the final system handover.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is an adaptable and technically skilled problem-solver who thrives on traveling and collaborating in international environments.
You possess strong communication skills and are motivated by delivering top-tier support and service with a customer-centric mindset.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Proven experience or a relevant technical degree in automation, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience configuring, commissioning, and troubleshooting advanced technical systems or industrial machinery.
• Strong professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to effectively support global customer contacts.
• High flexibility and a strong willingness to travel internationally to client locations worldwide.
• Prior experience providing technical support or field service for complex industrial networks.
• Knowledge of PLC programming, industrial IT infrastructure, or control systems.
• Experience delivering technical training to client operators and maintenance teams post-commissioning.
