In this role, you will own and evolve how we measure, understand and optimize performance across the entire growth funnel – from acquisition and activation to retention and monetization.
Sitting at the intersection of growth, marketing, product and data, you will play a key role in shaping our growth strategy by turning complex data into actionable insights.
Your work will directly impact how we invest across paid, owned and organic channels, ensuring we drive efficient and scalable growth with a strong focus on CAC, LTV and unit economics.
Please note that this role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
What you will be doing:
Owning and developing Natural Cycles’ growth analytics framework across all markets, covering the full funnel from acquisition and activation to retention and revenue.
Definining, monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, payback periods and overall unit economics across paid, owned and organic channels.
Leading attribution and incrementality efforts, including designing experiments and evaluating channel effectiveness to guide investment decisions.
Partnering closely with growth, marketing and product teams to identify opportunities, inform strategy and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Building and maintaining scalable dashboards, reporting and analytical models using tools such as Snowflake, Mixpanel and Tableau to provide visibility into performance and key growth drivers.
Analyzing user behavior across app and web to uncover insights that improve conversion, engagement and retention.
Acting as a strategic thought partner to leadership, translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business impact.
This role requires a highly hands-on operator who can work end-to-end – from deep-dive analysis to shaping strategy and influencing decision-making across the organization.
What skills and experience we think you have
5+ years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics or a similar role in a subscription, app or digital product environment.
Strong experience analyzing performance across the full funnel, with a deep understanding of acquisition, activation, retention and monetization dynamics.
Proven expertise in attribution modeling and incrementality testing (e.g.
geo experiments, lift studies, MMM or similar approaches).
Strong understanding of key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, payback periods and overall unit economics, and how to use them to guide decision-making.
Advanced analytical skills with strong SQL proficiency and experience working with large-scale datasets in cloud data warehouse environments such as Snowflake, BigQuery or similar technologies.
Experience working with product analytics and BI tools such as Mixpanel, Tableau, Looker, Amplitude or similar platforms.
Experience working with product and marketing data across mobile apps and web environments.
Experience working with mobile apps and/or subscription-based business models is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
