We are looking for a Data Governance Specialist for a global manufacturing company in Jonsered, Gothenburg.

Start is in August 2026, 24-months (2 years) limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

As a Data Process Lead, your assignment is to make sure that how we work with data actually works in practice.
You are responsible for defining, improving, and aligning how data is created, maintained, and used across the organization.
The goal is simple: make data consistent, usable, and reliable so that it supports business operations, decision-making, and digital initiatives.
This means you don’t just describe processes—you actively challenge and improve them when they create confusion, inefficiency, or errors.

Tasks

• Define and document end-to-end data processes within the assigned domain

• Standardize how data is created, validated, and maintained across teams

• Translate business needs into clear, practical data processes

• Identify root causes of data issues and fix the underlying process

• Drive continuous improvements to simplify workflows and reduce errors

• Ensure data processes support consistent and high-quality data across systems

• Align data processes with governance, standards, and guidelines

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, IT, and Data functions

• Act as a bridge between teams to ensure shared ways of working

• Lead implementation of new or updated data processes

• Drive adoption by communicating clearly and supporting teams

• Prioritize improvements based on business needs and data challenge

Requirement

• University degree within data engineering, business analytics or similar field.

• Strong process design and process improvement capabilities (end-to-end perspective)

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify root causes of data issues

• Structured way of working combined with a “detective mindset” to find patterns and improvement opportunities

• Ability to drive change in complex organizations

• Strong communication skills with ability to adapt messaging to different audiences

• Working Language: Swedish & English

Nice to have:

• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g.
  SAP)

• Experience with Product / PLM systems (e.g.
  Teamcenter or similar)

• Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g.
  Power BI)

• Understanding of data structures and how data flows between systems

This is a full-time consultant position in Jonsered, Gothenburg through Incluso.
Start is in in August 2026, 24 months limited contract to begin with.
This role is 100% onsite in Jonsered, Gothenburg.
