Euromaster is looking for an experienced, self-driven Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead and develop the supply chain operations across Finland and Sweden.
This is a key leadership role that blends strategic influence with hands-on operational responsibility — from procurement and demand planning to logistics, inventory management, and delivery performance.

As Regional Supply Chain Manager, you will coach and support local teams, drive process improvements, and play a central role in shaping our regional supply chain strategy.
The role requires frequent travel between sites in Finland and Sweden, so a strong willingness to travel is essential.
You will work close to the business and customers, regularly visiting points of sale and operational sites.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and develop supply chain operations in Finland and Sweden, ensuring efficiency and operational excellence.
• Coach and support local teams, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead the S&OP process to secure reliable forecasts, balanced inventories, and high service levels.
• Optimize inventory and logistics flows and align strategies with group objectives.
• Monitor key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, product availability, and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, operations, finance, logistics, and the European Supply Chain organization.
• Drive process and system improvements to strengthen performance and scalability.
