Your crew

The roll plays a key role in financial controlling of production operations, with a strong focus on standard cost calculation, cost accuracy, and production performance analysis.
The role ensures that product costs are correctly defined, maintained, and analyzed, supporting profitability, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making in manufacturing.

Your mission

• Calculate, maintain, and update standard costs for products, including material, labor, and overhead.
• Ensure accuracy of BOMs, routings, and cost rates in the ERP system.
• Perform and analyze standard vs.
  actual cost variances (material, labor, overhead, scrap, efficiency).
• Support annual and ad-hoc cost roll-ups and revaluations.
• Drive continuous improvements in standard costing methodologies and processes.
• Monitor and analyze production performance, productivity, and cost drivers.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to explain cost deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Support make-or-buy analysis, capacity utilization analysis, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure correct valuation of inventories (WIP, finished goods) according to standard costs.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls within production controlling processes.
• Support internal and external audits related to manufacturing cost.

Your story

Must’s:

• Experience in production controlling, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance or similar roles.
• Good understanding of ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of production processes, BOMs, routings, and overhead allocation.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and a structured way of working.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• You are a structured and analytical professional who enjoys working close to production and turning operational data into financial insight.
  You are comfortable going into details while still understanding the bigger picture of cost drivers and profitability.
