This role sits close to both marketing and sales, with a clear mandate to build a modern, data-driven setup that turns traffic into qualified leads and leads into business.
You will work across the full customer journey, from positioning and go-to-market to content, landing pages and conversion.

Job Description- You will define and drive the marketing strategy for different parts of the IoT offering.
- You will identify target groups, map customer journeys and sharpen the value proposition.
- You will prioritize marketing initiatives based on expected business impact and sales potential.
- You will build and scale a digital demand generation and lead generation setup.
- You will optimize the flow from web traffic to leads and onward to sales.
- You will establish and develop relevant digital channels that support measurable growth.
- You will define what content is needed across the customer journey and set direction for production.
- You will create content yourself when needed, including web copy, landing pages, campaign material, email communication and presentation material.
- You will recommend structure, content and functionality for websites and landing pages to improve lead generation and conversion.
- You will drive CRO work through continuous testing, analysis and improvement.
- You will set relevant KPIs, follow up on traffic, leads, conversion and sales results, and continuously optimize performance.
- You will act as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on driver, helping the organization focus on the activities that create business results fastest.
Requirements- At least 7–10 years of experience in digital and results-oriented marketing.
- Documented experience in building and running demand generation, digital sales or growth marketing.
- Experience from SaaS, software, tech or other digitally mature businesses.
- Strong expertise in lead generation, marketing automation and digital customer acquisition.
- Experience with Pardot and Salesforce.
- Experience in conversion optimization and data-driven marketing.
- Experience in working closely with sales organizations and understanding how marketing contributes to sales.
- Ability to translate business goals into concrete marketing activities and measurable results.
- Practical experience in producing marketing materials such as web copy, landing pages, campaign materials, email mailings, presentation materials and other digital content.
- Experience with modern marketing tools and AI-based working methods for rapid production, testing and optimization of content.
- You are comfortable combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and taking responsibility across the full customer journey.
- You work in a structured and analytical way, challenge established ways of working and enjoy building new processes and activities from the ground up.
