Job Description- You will ensure infotainment functions align with EU market requirements, regulations, and legal frameworks.
- You will define European functional expectations and identify necessary product adaptations based on market needs, legal requirements, and customer insights.
- You will act as the European functional representative toward global development teams and suppliers.
- You will drive functional acceptance and performance validation in vehicle environments to confirm that features meet European market expectations.
- You will identify gaps between delivered functionality and expected user and market needs.
- You will define and drive change requests and improvement proposals based on Voice of Customer, quality feedback, market analysis, and internal assessments.
- You will contribute to the product roadmap and feature prioritization from a European market and regulatory perspective.
- You will work closely with the infotainment test team and UX/HMI specialists to strengthen usability, validation activities, and the overall customer experience.
Requirements- B.Sc.
or M.Sc.
in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical background. - Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive infotainment systems.
- Strong understanding of European market requirements and customer expectations.
- Experience working with infotainment domains such as Navigation, Connectivity, Radio, or digital services.
- Experience working with customer-facing vehicle functions, including user experience validation and vehicle-level functional verification.
- Good understanding of EU legal and regulatory requirements relevant to automotive infotainment, for example GDPR.
- You are comfortable driving functional topics independently in a dynamic development environment with multiple stakeholders.
- You communicate in a structured and transparent way around status, risks, and priorities.
Nice to have- Experience turning customer feedback and quality data into concrete product improvements.
- A strong collaboration approach when working with test teams, UX specialists, development teams, and suppliers.
