We are now looking for a visionary and business-driven Global Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and transform our global Talent Acquisition function.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how AFRY attracts, engages and hires top talent across international markets while building a world-class recruitment organization that enables our long-term business strategy.

The role

As Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the overall direction, performance and development of AFRY’s global Talent Acquisition organization.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will lead global teams and partners to ensure high-quality delivery, operational excellence and strong alignment with business needs.

You will play a critical role in strengthening AFRY’s position as an employer of choice, while driving a modern, data-driven and scalable Talent Acquisition agenda globally.

Your key responsibilities

Define and implement AFRY’s global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and the People & Culture agenda.

Lead and develop a global Talent Acquisition organization consisting of professionals and leaders across multiple markets.

Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, scalable delivery models and smart use of recruitment technology.

Elevate the candidate’s experience and strengthen AFRY’s employer brand in close collaboration with the Employer Branding Lead.

Act as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, talent market insights and future capability needs.

Build strong governance, compliance and risk management frameworks across all Talent Acquisition activities.

Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making, KPIs and performance management.

Strengthen internal mobility and capability building to increase workforce agility and reduce dependency on external hiring.

Lead diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives through inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines.

Own the global Talent Acquisition budget and ensure strong ROI and cost efficiency

You are a strategic leader with the ability to combine vision with execution.
You bring strong business acumen, a passion for people and a track record of building high-performing Talent Acquisition organizations in complex global environments.

You are known for creating engagement through trust, transparency and communication and for bringing teams and stakeholders along on the journey.

We believe you bring:

Senior experience within Talent Acquisition leadership in complex international organizations.

Proven experience transforming Talent Acquisition from a transactional function into a strategic business partner.

Strong expertise in recruitment technology, digital transformation and scaling modern Talent Acquisition operations.

Deep understanding of talent markets, workforce planning and employer branding.

Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience advising senior executives.

Demonstrated success in creating inclusive hiring practices and building diverse talent pipelines globally.

A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and commercial capabilities.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Establish a clear global direction and scalable operating model for Talent Acquisition.

Build engaged, high-performing teams with a strong culture of collaboration and accountability.

Strengthening executive confidence through strategic partnership and measurable business impact.
