SUSHI CHEF – SABI SUSHI BODØ

Sabi Sushi is continuing its expansion in Northern Norway, and we are now opening a brand-new restaurant in Bodø.

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef who wants to be part of an exciting new chapter and help build a strong kitchen team from the very beginning.

This is a unique opportunity to join one of Norway’s leading sushi brands, known for quality, craftsmanship, fresh ingredients, and outstanding guest experiences.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sushi Chef at Sabi Sushi Bodø, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional quality and maintaining the high standards that Sabi Sushi is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and producing sushi according to Sabi Sushi standards
• Handling and preparing fresh ingredients with care and precision
• Ensuring excellent presentation and product quality
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Keeping workstations clean, organized, and efficient
• Contributing to smooth kitchen operations
• Working closely with colleagues to create great guest experiences
• Supporting a positive and professional team environment

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

• Has experience working as a Sushi Chef
• Has strong knowledge of sushi preparation and food handling
• Takes pride in quality and attention to detail
• Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Is reliable, responsible, and punctual
• Has a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Wants to continue developing professionally

Experience from busy restaurant environments is considered an advantage.
