About the position
The Energy solutions business is currently in a very strong growth phase which together with a challenging supplier market requires new strategies and development of both existing and new supplier relations.
As Supply chain manager Energy Solutions you will be responsible for E.ONs regional Supply Chain organization covering the Energy Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) and Energy Retail (ER) divisions.
This also includes the responsibility of sourcing for our Danish business unit.
To your help you will have a team of 10 highly skilled Supply Chain professionals.
You will be an active member in the E.ON group wide Supply Chain Leadership community together with Team managers and Heads of Procurement from E.ON´s regional units across Europe.
Regionally, you will be reporting to Head of Procurement E.ON Nordic and be a part of relevant Management teams within the respective division.
The role's responsibilities include:
* Enable E.ON Energy solutions´ strategy along financials, resilience and sustainability and also act as E.ON's regional market interface towards relevant suppliers.
* Being a strategic partner to Energy solutions business in jointly leveraging commercial, technical, process and demand levers.
* Attracting retaining diverse teams with broad perspective on markets and sourcing best practices.
* Supporting development of skills and toolbox to be more effective and efficient day by day.
* Together with international supply chain community support further development of international category management and innovative sourcing approaches in fast changing markets.
* Drive the further industrialization of end-to-end procurement processes, digitalization agenda, automation, data transparency.
Who are we hoping for us to be our new leader?
To be successful in the role we believe that you have several years of leadership experience in general management roles and Supply Chain.
You have extensive skills in Supply Chain strategies and analysis methodologies and significant negotiation experience.
Furthermore, you have excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to understand the business needs.
You are fluent in Swedish and English and you preferably have an university degree in Engineering or Economics.
As a leader, you are empathic at the same time as you exercise trust and commitment to your employees.
You are a present leader that supports and guides the people and is motivated by building well-functioning teams.
Furthermore, you have excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to understand the business needs.
