Greenkeeper

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Greenkeeper with overall responsibility for overseeing daily operations and,in communication with club management, take and implementing decisions that constantly move the work on our course forward in accordance with the master plan.
In this role, also take the initiative in the process towards our vision of having Sweden's best links course.
As a Greenkeeper, you will be responsible for the upkeep of our golf course, ensuring that it is maintained to the highest standards for our members and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Mowing and trimming fairways, greens, and tees
• Raking bunkers
• Edging and weeding
• Applying pesticides and fertilizers
• Operating and maintaining golf course equipment
• Managing irrigation systems
• Repairing divots and ball marks
• Reporting any maintenance issues to the Golf Course Superintendent

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Greenkeeping or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in golf course maintenance
• Strong knowledge of turfgrass management
• Experience operating and maintaining golf course equipment
• Valid driver's license
• Pesticide applicator's license (preferred)
