We are now looking to add a Growth Marketing Manager to the team, to make sure our customers move towards a brighter hiring future.

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that we act on data, optimising our sales funnel, and building strong relationships and processes in the GTM team.
You will work across the whole customer journey: From building and capturing demand, supporting the sales team with sales acceleration to close the deal, and finally finding ambassadors and supporting expansion opportunities.
This role is key in growing our revenue, and crucial in helping us expand in current and new markets.
You will be measured on Pipeline velocity, New booked ARR and NRR.
Marketing and sales share KPIs and we put great pride in having built a strong marketing and sales alignment.
You’ll be a key player to take our processes and feedback loop to the next level.
What will you do
Your main responsibility is to drive new revenue and grow the company retaining and expanding our existing customers.

What makes you great however, isn’t necessarily a long experience.
You most likely have a background from digital marketing, ideally from B2B SaaS.
You know your ABM, campaign management, performance marketing, web analysis, and SEO.
Hubspot is your best friend and you’re the one showing up to the discussion packed with data driven insights.
Basically you have most likely been hanging out in contexts with a lot of data.
