Then you might be the Student Worker we are looking for at ABENA.
As our new Student Worker in ABENA International, you will work with product selection, market insight, and support commercial decision‑making across several European markets.
Right now, especially in Norway and across Europe, there is a large volume of tenders and products, and we need stronger, more structured groundwork to support good decisions.
You will work across departments, connecting information about products, competitors, and markets – and turning it into something we can actually use.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Supporting tender‑related groundwork, especially for the Norwegian market
Mapping and maintaining product lists, including identifying alternative products in for tenders
Supporting market analysis within our different categories across European markets
Collecting and structuring data on competitors, products, and pricing
Working independently in Excel to clean, compare, and structure data
Acting as a connector between teams when information is spread across the organization
What we hope you bring to the team:
You are currently studying within business, economics, marketing, supply chain, or similar
You are not afraid to make decisions when information is imperfect
You work independently and enjoy figuring things out
You are an Excel power user (or on your way to becoming one)
You are curious, structured, and commercially minded
You are comfortable in a busy environment where priorities can shift
You are comfortable working in English; Danish or another Scandinavian language is a plus.

You will be based in Aabenraa and work up to 15 hours per week, depending on the department’s needs and your schedule.
We expect you to prioritize your studies, and during exam periods, we will, of course, take your need for study time into account.
You will refer to Area Sales Manager Jesper Lundberg Bidstrup.
But more importantly, your go‑to person for day‑to‑day questions will be Sales Assistant Manager Sara Elizabeth Hansen.
Whether it is about tasks, priorities, systems, or “how do we usually do this?”, Sara is there to help you get moving and feel comfortable in the role.
